Discovery Phase
We will work with you to
- develop a full understanding of your goals and objectives for this project
- provide you with knowledge of the full breath of web site development ofr other modules and our capabilities to ensure you are benefiting beyond your specifications
- determine resources available from you (graphics and graphic design capability, content, images)
Concept Phase
We will develop a web site structure (wire line) and mockup’s of the web site (home and other key section pages).
Development Phase
Building on our past web site and software developments, we will establish a development site, configure the functionality modules, pages, and add and format the graphics.
Content Development Phase
We will import and format your content and images (from your current website and other sources).
Testing and Training
Upon completion of the majority of content importation, we will turn the web site over to you for exploration and testing.
We will provide your staff with content management system training via our live webinar facility.
Documentation
Within the CMS system we will provide instructional documentation on the use of each of the administrator accessible modules in an easy to read format, plus the addition of an FAQ section.
Project Management
We will provide a single point of contact between our development team and yours. The Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of communication, information flow and development.
